Make a claim
To submit a claim on behalf of a client, you’ll need:
- Their policy number.
- An itemised invoice or receipt from your vet or online pharmacy.
- The pet’s clinical history.
- Reference number from their last claim, if this is a further claim for an ongoing condition.
Teleos Systems
